Position details

In order to support our constant growth, we are now looking for an experienced Online Marketing Manager to team up with us for launching our new products and services to the market and making the existing ones even better for the end users.

Required experience and skills:

  • Experience in creating Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads on Facebook Business Manager.
  • Experience in creating Google Ads.
  • Experience in segmenting relevant target groups for online marketing purposes.
  • Excellent Skills in writing Sales Ad Copy.
  • Experience in pixel trackers, goals, funnels and Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and other Dashboards).
  • Ability to track progress and performance based on metrics such as impressions, clicks, ctr, cpa.
  • Experience in Affiliation and affiliate networks
  • Development, execution and analysis of digital marketing campaigns in cooperation with the team and customers
  • Exploration and analysis of potential online channels
  • Coordination and communication on social networks
  • Setting up and management of content on marketing related projects
  • Planning and proposing of new ideas related to communication and promotions of products and services via online channels with emphasis on embedding online into traditional (offline) sales.
  • Defining and fulfilling measurable goals of online communication and their execution on level of campaigns and time sections (months, quartals)
  • Continuously work on recognising new trends of markets and customer needs
  • Professional and responsible approach to work
  • Expertise and independence in approaching assigned tasks
  • Creativity in solving “hard” problems but active willingness for following standards
  • Motivation for experimenting and exploring new technologies that will meet production expectations
  • Ambition for personal growth within the company environment

Bonus points for candidates:

  • Experience with platforms like Woo-Commerce, Joomla, Shopify and Magento will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of SEO (on page/ off page).
  • Experience with HTML.
  • Familiarity with Software development tools (Jira) and Agile development.
